Carmen Betancourt, co-founder of AlisayCreations, first began organizing small parties as gifts for her friends and family members. Discovering a knack for event planning and innate elegance, Carmen brought on the eponymous granddaughter and partner, Alisay Alvarez. While Carmen is the elegant and classy visionary, Ali brings the new trendy twists of today’s aesthetic. Together, Carmen and Alisay adopted event planning as their art form and share the same passion for creating experiences all around Miami.
